How very different the two worlds were from each other. While the last one was hard, metallic, and far advanced, Pulse was covered in tree and shrubbery, with wild life everywhere. Dangerous wild life, at that. It was by all means feral, and Ingus was on his guard.

Of course, he was not without sense. He left himself protected with both sword and spell in this world. He had found a good training ground as an Onion Knight, but he spent most of his time as a Red Mage, and saved his spells for healing. That said, he had spent a lot of healing magic already. Behemoths were different in this world, but no less powerful. Luneth and the others would have been a great help.

As the day dragged on, Ingus had started seaching for safety. Some magic springs to heal him and restore his magic, or shelter, or even an elixir. By nightfall, he was without any of the above. Lost and trying his best to avoid unnecessary conflict, the knight clung to the shadows, Aegis and Excalibur still in hand.

A timeline, where Gran Pulse was still intact and not divorced by chaos and darkness. A timeline the woman just loved.

Day #5 in Gran Pulse. At least this version of it. A huge, tremolous place, full of beauty, wonder, nature - Pale lips that curved up into a wide grin, whilst those bright hues gazed into the light sky. She had missed such an enviroment greatly. And there was one single thing, the pulsian longed to do. Sandaled feets that swiftly moved forward, tipping the edge of the cliff. It had been such a long, long time… Teeth that grinted in mere thrill,as the pulsian simply ducked forward. Her own weigh pulled her down the vast void, ere the woman fell into a plain fall. Blood was rushing trough her veins; her heartbeat accelerated - Fang had missed it. Every single aspect of her once beloved skydiving. Both arms pressed to her sides, bright occulars closed. She knew the location of her prey by heart. There was no need of seeing, glaring at what was beneath - She was a huntress, moving on instinct, following the kind of impulses, she thought long lost. Bleach ruddy chobs that enlightned her stern features with a wide smile- It felt good to just let go of all those thoughts, all those issues. To let go off all these liabilities.

The assault was over before it had actually started. The impact caught her victim unaware and by the time the beast had recovered from the first shock, Fang had already pinned it to the ground, before a fast, perfectly set jab knocked it out. Her purpose was…plain. No killing, at least not today. A hunt for fun,not for any needs. It was the relied feeling Fang had been searching for today- a feeling that tossed her back into that past, the huntress often thought about. A foretime in which this had been her job. Hunting and defending her village in the grand siege of Oerba…

A sudden noise caught her interest or rather her attention - someone was passing by. Muscles tensed, verdant hues narrowed, pale lips that formed a stern line; Swift steps lead her toward the source of that sound, whilst slender fingers coiled firmly around the staff of her massive weapon. A double-bladed,crimson lance, too heavy to the most, but almost perfectly weighted for the tall woman.

Whoever dared to approach her during her petty hunting sessions would need to pay…
